HouseIQ is an independent home buyer intelligence platform built in India, for India. We are not a listing site, not a brokerage, not venture funded, and we take no money from property developers. The only way HouseIQ is useful is if it is trustworthy. The only way it stays trustworthy is if we stay independent.

Why we built this

Indian home buyers deserve better data.

The information gap is huge

Most home buyers walk into the biggest financial decision of their life with three Google searches and a broker's recommendation. Property portals show units, not neighborhoods. Reviews are gamed. There is no honest, comparable, neighborhood-level data layer.

Public data is rich, but scattered

India has world-class public data on air quality (CPCB), satellite imagery (ISRO), crime (NCRB), demographics (Census). The data exists. Nobody pulls it together for the buyer.

So we built the missing layer

HouseIQ pulls 8 independent data sources, scores 12 livability factors per neighborhood, and ranks every locality from 0 to 100. Free to use. No ads. No sponsored placements.

And the bigger ambition

Livability is the first of 6 layers. Price intelligence, deal intelligence, future price forecasts, financing, and consumer reviews are all coming. The end state: a Bloomberg terminal for Indian home buyers.

How HouseIQ funds itself

Operating revenue. Not venture money.

HouseIQ's founder runs a portfolio of digital businesses including a QSR chain, programmatic content sites, and a trading practice. HouseIQ is funded from those operations, with a long term plan for paid premium tiers (NRI buyer concierge, deeper analytics for serious investors). The free tier will always cover what every Indian home buyer needs to make a confident decision.

What this means for you. No developer pays us to push their project. No broker pays us for leads. No mortgage company pays us for referrals. We have no incentive to mislead you, ever.
